Brand Ambassadors have worked tirelessly to promote KBC to students. Brand Ambassadors has delivered incredible results over the previous years for KBC, exceeding sign-up targets in both 2014 & 2015. Delivering primarily through student activations, coupled with event promotions such as Smedias and the national goodie-bag campaign.

Promotions
In 2014 Brand Ambassadors were given a target of 4000 signups. We delivered 8000 signups for KBC.
In 2015 Brand Ambassadors were given a target of 10,000 signups. We delivered 14,000 signups for KBC.
Working with KBC, Brand Ambassadors has positioned KBC as ‘the’ student bank in Ireland.
We hired, trained and managed over 100 staff during the campaign delivering amazing results. Having managed KBC’s presence around college campuses in more than 20 locations, Brand Ambassadors understand the challenges associated with each college and know how to run promotions at each location to ensure success. We found and branded last year’s campervan for a lot less than KBC was originally quoted for. We then found and negotiated a price for a great location where it was parked during promotions.
Using Brand ambassadors capabilities and knowledge, KBC has infiltrated college campuses across Ireland with their branding. No other agency can offer similar branding methods.

Goodie Bag Campaign
The Goodie Bag campaign has been a massively successful way of bringing KBC branded items onto college campuses. KBC has sponsored the bag providing massive visibility as 30,000 students carried the bag around colleges across Ireland.
The branded lollypops and leaflets included over the last two years delivered even more branding on campuses, along with information directly into the hands of students.
Participation in this campaign included e-mails to our database of 100,000 students. This is Ireland’s largest student database and acts as a great tool to support traditional activities. This database was used to promote KBC with great effect in the run-up to the National Student Media Awards.

National Student Media Awards
As the title sponsor of the National Student Media Awards, KBC is seen as a massive supporter of students across Ireland, increasing the perception that KBC is the best student bank. Media coverage of the event ensures that the wider population knows about KBC’s involvement. The SMEDIAS roadshow has allowed KBC to have a presence in colleges where there would be no access to the bank before. The roadshow enabled KBC to have branding on campuses across Ireland as well as roll out competitions that engaged students with the bank. Our full suite of services allowed us to promote KBC and the awards in ways that would incur extra costs for any other agency. This included advertisements on Smedias.ie, Oxygen.ie, social media pages and the utilisation of our e-mail database of 100,000 students.

The experience gathered in the first year working with KBC led to an even better campaign in 2015. With two years of experience working on this campaign, we are looking forward to making 2016 the most efficient and successful campaign for KBC to date.
